When holding space, I blend spirituality and science and offer Pranayama and SOMA breathing practices depending on what you are looking to get out of your experience.

A 1:1 online breathwork mentorship is tailored to your needs and can be booked in six and eight session programmes. Taking place over Zoom, the private sessions will offer a container to connect with yourself and includes the following:

Session 1: 60 minutes 

Session 2 - 6/8: 50 minutes 

WhatsApp communication with Laura throughout the mentorship

Sessions can be booked weekly or bi-weekly
