    My breathwork session with Laura was transformative. Right from the start, she identified that I was breathing through my chest rather than my diaphragm, which was contributing to my anxiety and affecting my nervous system. Laura’s guidance was both restorative and deeply insightful, helping me to reconnect with my breath in a meaningful way. Since our session, I’ve been much more mindful of my breathing and have made breathwork a part of my wellness routine. In today’s world, we all need to slow down and breathe, and I highly recommend Laura to anyone seeking to use breathwork as a powerful tool for balance and well-being. I’m already looking forward to my next session!

    I haven't ever found breathwork easy, I have a busy mind and have operated in my head for a large majority of my life so when I experience body based practices which tend to have limited talking it can be really uncomfortable for me to relax but Laura put me at total ease. She has such a calming presence and this particular transformational breathwork style (SOMA) was sooo powerful for me. I was able to stay with it, it really helped me unlock a lot within. I felt very grateful to receive such a wonderful session. I would recommend this to everyone.

    My breathwork session with Laura was so restorative. I loved the focus on setting an intention and letting that guide the session. The subtle counting made the breaths effortless to follow and the music helped me fully switch off from the world and go inwards. My breath holds were magical, I felt like I was elevating higher each time and on the cleansing exhale - I felt able to expel redundant thoughts and energy. I’m a big fan of breathwork as a tool to regulate my nervous system and Laura’s session really helped me reset and flow through the rest of my day with ease.

I felt much lighter afterwards and know if I did this even just once or twice a week, it would have profound effects on my wellbeing and ability to manage stress which is something I need.     Laura was amazing! I’ve never done breathwork before and she was quick to study my breathing and make adjustments. I suffer from anxiety which is why I was interested in doing a session. Now I can see the benefits that ongoing classes can have on my symptoms. I felt really comfortable the whole time and Laura was always reassuring and kept me informed on what to expect and what the techniques are doing to the body.
